Shipping policy

Wasteoilheatingparts.com currently offers standard shipping (ground) which is typically a 1-7 day transit time depending on receiver location. We typically have all parts in stock and will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped within the next two business days. We MUST be made aware of a lost package within 10 days of your order. Failure to notify us about a package that did not arrive within the 10-day window will not be refunded. Carriers do NOT accept lost package claims after 10 days.

Need your parts sooner? We also offer Next Day & Second Day Air shipping. Please note that orders received after 2PM EST, Mon - Fri, or on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
